In-State Tuition In Georgia...

I read where it says Georgia leaves it up to individual schools as to whether they offer in-state tuition to us "illegals" or not.

Im wondering if any of u Georgians are currently attending a school that is offering in-state tuition? If u are currently attending one or know of any schools here that offer such things, would u be so kind to share ur finding?
