what the heck Nebraska!!! bio done 9/5 still nothing anybody else??

i called the USCIS number and spoke with second level, i asked them if they are approving by when the bio was taken they told me no they are going by the 90 day EAD process time. -_- she was rude.....I have read on here of an individual who got told by the same people that they are actually going by bio appointment. by the evidence it looks like they are... who else got skipped ????

well I did my bio on the 12th and still haven't heard from them. It looks like your case is even worse than mine.

If they are going by the bio time how come people have been approved before their bio time?

bc there are officers taking in stacks off apps into their little offices and some are faster than others so diffrent approvals at diffrent times

Add me to the list. I did my bios sep 13 at 10:00 a.m. I keep checking uscis.gov and "my case is not found at the time". Whoever got my case is too lazy to update the online status.

I've been dreaming of a golden text, but I might have to wait until November.

So angry I waited for my appt. I should have done a walk-in.
