First week applicants (8/15-8/22) and still not approved??

Is there anyone who turned in their app during the very first week of DACA who have not been approved yet? (Aside from myself) Let us know when you went in for bios, what your sc is, and if you've received an RFE perhaps.

Just wanted to know because it seems like I'm one of few who applied early on and have not been approved yet.

Well, you did wait until your Biometrics appointment, but you'll probably be approved this week.

I really hope so... I hope you get approved this week as well since you did your bios before me.

Hopefully, for some reason Cali is holding off on some of us from the 17-21 Biometrics.

I was going to say the same thing. That you waited till your appointment. What I have noticed is that some people are getting approved about 15 days after they had their biometrics taken. So maybe you will be approved very soon.

Yea I'm that too... I applied in second week. I'm one of the few not approved yet too. I'm just hoping that the agent held it off to review it with my sister's case together cuz even though we sent apps on different dates, they scheduled us on the same appointment date and time, which was 25th, but I ended up walking in on 20th.

I really hope that I get approved tomorrow or this week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was approved last week, but my brother hasn't. His case hasn't even been touched since USCIS sent our biometrics appointments. We both sent everything and did our biometrics on the same dates.

So I do think that some cases do "fall through the cracks", and somehow end up on the bottom of a pile, pushing your case behind.
