My lawyer received my RFE tuesday but I haven't received anything yet..

Is this normal? Did the mailman screw up or something?

Also is it possible to go to her office with the required documents and just mail back HER copy instead of waiting for mine in the mail? Thanks.

How so? The RFE is my fault. I didn't have a passport or matricula at the time of sending the application. I have it now though.

She actually took my case for free since I was her first DACA client. She also asked me if I had Id and all I had was my school ID's but I guess they weren't enough. So you can go be a douchebag somewhere else since you've contributed nothing towards answering my question thx.

There's a lot of douchebags here that forget that we're here to assist each other. But yeah I assume your lawyer lacked the experience to do all the paperwork. If you have the evidence send it and very good luck!

Send it quick! Another applicants rfe was sent to his lawyer as well, she contacted him the same day and let him know. He was able to fax his evidence back the next day and was approvEd the same day. So whatever u do, do it quick! What service center are u?

When you have a lwayer, any inf they like RFE letters, they lawyer will get those and nothing you. Thats what my lawyer told me when i was notified that i was getting an RFE. So you shouldnt expect the RFE letter since you lawyer got it. Good luck to you and all the dreamers just like me
