Talked to a level 2 rep today, told me if that if I don't hear anything from USCIS within 75 days of filing date listed on the I-797, I should call them and they would call the service center reminding them of approaching deadline. Apparently 75 days is near optimal and 90 days is too long.

So is the filing date on the I-797C is it the Received or Notice Date? Also is this for all service centers?

And how do you reach the SC. From the times I've called customer service they always give me these scripted answers.

Nah, I've heard those level 3s are a bunch of trolls. I don't trust anyone below level 4.

Gonna be 56 days for me tomorrow. They recieved my app and began the process on August 20. Says so on my initial review status.
