I received my EAD, and I was wondering if we are required to report USCIS whenever there is a change of address.

By the way, I went to a SSA office on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, and I was told to bring my copy of birth certificate if I am applying for my social security card for the first time. I didn't know this and now I am trying to get my birth certificate. Anyone had a different experience? I have read the 10 days waiting request was for applicants with no birth certificate, but the SSA agent I spoke with didn't mention anything other than bringing my birth certificate.

Lets say you moved, and USCIS has something important to send you or tell you via mail. HOW are they going to reach you if you dont tell them you moved?

Yes, inform them of the address change. Also, stellar timeline.
