And that only pertains to the "Proof of Address" section. It will not affect your points if you had them issued over 2 years ago.
Here are some points tips.
4- Valid I-94 stamped "Refugee," "Parolee," "Asylee" or "Notice of Action" (Form I-797 approved petition) by INS or USCIS
2 - US school photo ID card with transcript or school records
That's 6 points right there.
Any one of the 3 below can be used for proof of address.
Proof of address - Checking or savings account statement from a bank or credit union, issued in the past 60 days
Proof of Address - High school or college report card or transcript containing your address, issued within the past two years
Proof of Address - First-class mail received from any federal, state or local government agency in the past six months

I hate the NJ six point system. I hope the transcript thing is not a problem, I haven't been in school since 2007. I keep thinking they're going to be like NOPE. BYE.
