Help! my sis got RFE...

So... I got approved, but my younger sis got RFE.

her RFE reason is that she lacks proof for June 15th Presence.

Originally, she sent a high school transcript Covering up to this semester and bank statement starting June 25th. However, they said that transcript does not show the last day of the 2012 spring semester.

So I was wondering if any of these evidence would work
1. 2012 spring semester attendance record (I think the last day of spring semester was either June 1st or 8th... )
2. Church volunteer certificate showing that she volunteered during June-July
3. Affidavits (if needed)

would any of those work? she turned 18 on june 22, so she was still minor, so there was nothing under her name.

Let me help you before you get the typical "there's already a thread for this"

can't she get bank statement for before June 25? I think that will be easier.

does she have a twitter,facebook, or any other account? how about e-mails on that day?,,,
any phone calls from her phone # (account under her name)

Okay! I actually had this similar problem, you'll just have to be creative.

2. Facebook posts - Get any posts that are on that day or very close to it. If you have pictures posted of her in public places with friends, even better.

3. Cellphone usage = Go online and get a printout of the calls your sister made on that day or very close to it. The account doesn't have to be in her name, the phone just has to be registered to her. For example, my uncle pays for our family plan, but the individual phone has me as the owner. Print out a sheet that shows it's registered to her as well as the calls she made.

3. Movie tickets = If she went to see a movie around that time, all move ticket stubs have time and date on them.

4. Affidavits = Get affidavits from friends or family, vouching that she was there at that day.

5. Mail = Get any mail that she received in that month. It doesn't have to be anything official. It can be a magazine she subscribes to, a letter from the school, letters from Universities trying to recruit her, something!

Other than that, I think the 3 other evidence will be fine. If you can have the school attendance record prove that she was there at early June I think you're golden.

I sent my June bank statement and it had the date 6/15/12 with money from my bank account taken out because I bought something from McDonald..

and I guess it was good enough since I got EAD approved

my bank statements luckily had a transaction on 6/13/12 and the statement was sent me to me on 6/15/12 with the date so i got lucky there, just hoping all my other evidence is correct, but bank statements can prove a lot.
