Denied! My brothers friend unfortunately.

I just spoke with my mom and she said my brothers friend which I know got denied because of a criminal background. He got into a fight or something. I dont know details I just know he got denied and he is currently in nursing school

With a criminal background they might send it to ice

Im afraid so! I mean he wasnt an angel he and my brother were pretty chaotic punks you know those you see squading down st. Marks getting drunk fighting cracking car window glasses so he was told to clean his record but he didnt listen. :/ my brother got deported for being a bad boy.

No clue. I havent seen him in a while. Im kinda curious. I'll talk to my brother tomorrow. I was also lurking through random reciept numbers and i stumbled upon a few denials.

If you could find out how the denial process went. Did he get an RFE then NOID and THEN denied. Or was it just flat out "DENIED"? That would ease alot of minds around here. Or maybe raise hell among the super paranoid
