Hello everyone!!! i-821-d part 3 q1

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum, but I've checking it for a while now looking for info on how to answer certain questions. Well, my question is regarding dwl and speeding tickets, I want to know what should I answer in question 1 part 3 of the i-821-d form, should I say yes, or should I say no? I never got arrested and I paid for the tickets.

I was thinking of saying no and provide the court records I got.

say no!! its not a felony or anything, its if you've ever been [arrested], it clearly states "do not include minor traffic violations that only resulted in fines unless it was alcohol-or-drug related"........................hope that helps.

You don't have to include traffic violations so no worries

Answer no. I was also caught driving with no DL on 3 occasions and ended up in court. I selected "NO"

I have been approved.
