How much evidence can cover a year?

Hi I'm about to send my application but my lawyer says I need more Evidence. Has anyone been approved and only showed 3 months of evidence for one year?

It's possible to get approved, but the more evidence the less likely they will ask for something.

I tried to include as much as I could for every year.

I have all of 2007, 2008, but only January, February, and May for 2009, half of 2010, most of 2011 and all for 2012. I'm planning on sending it even though my lawyer said it might be a waste of money since I don't have anything else for 2009.

I sent about 3 pieces of evidence per year spread out. Like a bank statement in Feb 2007, then june 2007, and november 2007 and so on. You don't need to prove every month. Go to the FAQs ob deferred action on uscis.gov and read the instructions, it tells you there, good luck

hi cindy, did you get a rfe? my lawyer suggested i get atleast 6 things for each year
