EAD 90 day rule

Interesting read... A little outdated but interesting regardless.

I wonder if this would apply to DACA applications.

Its not a set a set in stone rule. 90 days is the expected turnaround time for a petition. After 75 days you can request a service request which tells the processIng center the 90 days is approching and they should prioritize your case. However if there's a huge about of petitions approaching that threshold it doesn't really make a difference...

thought DACA was 4-6 then after approval it's 90

It doesn't seem like they're concurrent...

I guess a lot of people would be making the call on Monday...

so them calling on the 75th day will do nothing.
