AFFIDAVIT (Need to know if the Format is Correct )

I will use 2 Affidavit letters to prove I have been here in the US constantly since the year 2000. But, I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Any suggestions or corrections will help me. Here's my first Affidavit from a friend who is US Citizen:

AURORA XXXX XXXX XXXX.

I, the undersigned, DULCE XXXX XXXX, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath that:

1. I have been personally acquainted with [AURORA XXXX XXXX XXXX ] since 2000.

2. I am personally acquainted with AURORA XXXX XXXX XXXX as I have known Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX since the year 2000. I meet Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX on Glendale High School in our Spanish Class and during summer school we used to take the same school bus and since that we have been close friends.
3. During the period starting JANUARY 2003 and ending NOVEMBER 2012, I personally witnessed {AURORA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX] residing and being present in the United States on the following occasions:

a. OCCASION #1—I have known Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX since the year 2000. I meet Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX on Glendale High School in our Spanish Class and during summer school we used to take the same school bus and since that we have been close friends. Even tough we only had a class together we used to be together everytime we could in school and outside school.
b. [OCCASION #2--ditto]. We spent lunch together daily from 2000 until the year 2002 in Glendale High School. I used to sleep in her house and she used to sleep in my house too.
c. [Etc.] In the year 2001 I went with Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX and her family to a trip to Sedona, Arizona.
d. [Etc.] In April 2002 Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX moved to another address and eventually to another High School too but we mantained our friendship and communication visiting each other regularly.
e. In 2003 she was living in a different address and I visited her often and in that year I attended to her Baby Shower as she became a mother of a boy named XXXX.
f. During the next year 2004 I continued visiting her constantly. One summer afternoon of that same year while I was visiting her the electricity went off and I remember that we wento to an Instruments store to avoid the hot weather.
g. In September 2005 I became a mother and Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX was there with me in the Hospital.
h. In 2006 I used to live more close to her and I kept visiting her and she and her family visited me everytime they could.
i. In the Spring of 2007 Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX made a Yard Sale and invited me to spend that time with her and I went to her house with my son XXXX and after the Yard Sale her boyfriend XXXX brough Italian Food and we ate together.
j. In October 2008 Aurora was pregnant of her daughter XXXX and made a party for her son XXXX on a park near her house and I was there with my Husband, my Son, my Sister-In-Law and my Nephews.
k. In the summer of 2009 I had an emergency and Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX took care of my son XXXX.
l. In the year 2009 I moved to the house I’m living right now and from the years 2009 to early 2012 I was working Full Time and sometimes even during Saturdays but I always kept in touch with my friend Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX. I used to suprise her during the mornings before going to work to talk about our kids, issues and future plans.
m. In October 2012 I was invited to her son XXXX's 9th birthday and I was there with her and her family. The years passed and we moved several times to different addresses but always were in touch and visiting each others home on a regular basis to socialize and for special occasions. We still see each other often, but mostly when I visit her house.

Since we met I can swear to the fact that during this time it would not have been possible for Aurora XXXX XXXX XXXX to have been absent from the US because of the frequency that we see each other in person and our constant contact by phone and Facebook. Looks great! I used Affidavits too to help me with my evidence gaps. I just made sure that in addition to them (the Affidavits), I also submitted evidence for my continuous presence in the US before/on the date of June 15 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 & specifically June 15, 2012 as well. I used this format of affidavit and i was approved. 2 of my aunts made it for me and my uncle.

Wow that sound very legitimate... It's looks very good! I personally did not used affidavitt however If I had to it would have been somethinh exactly like this! Good luck to you! Do you have more evidence to support this?

I also plan to Send Expenses Receipts from regular purchases as food and etc. I'm a little concerned as some of my bank statements don't have activity as the Bank Statement for July 2012 for example.

they only care from 2007 to 2012. infact even before 2007 you could have traveled all over the world and they would not care.
