I did the biometrics 11/9 and still cant check my case status
EAC13900451**

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

why?

try wac for the letters.. mine doesn't work too but it shows when i put wac instead of eac

WAC is a completely different receipt number. It's for the California Service Center.

i have the same problem and did my bios on the 24 of october btw eac139 also
