Possible to get instate tuition in nevada with defered action

I wondering if there is any way i can get instate tuition or any other help for college, i graduated in 2011 in nevada with a 3.6 gpa in high school, if i am able to get in state tuition i would be able to pay for it through work and the milenium scholarship i got which is for 10000 dollars over 4 years, id really like in state tuition at unlv, i moved away from vegas to texas jan of this year and have lived here since then but want to go back, thank you

I got my Associates degree at CSN paying in-state tuition before I got approved for deferred action. I graduated in 2008 and never got asked any questions or was hassled any way. I also had the millennium scholarship which helps a lot. I talked to a counselor at CSN who said you can get in state tuition at UNLV as well. This was all before I got approved but I doubt they would deny in state tuition now when they didn't care before.

I currently attend CSN. At the time of enrollment (two years ago) they did not ask for any sort of information that would disqualify me from in-state tuition. I pay the same as everyone else.
