Okay, so this scholarship says you have to provide one of the following to apply:

Acceptable documents are restricted to the following:

Foreign Passport with I-551 stamp
Alien Registration Card (I-151 or I-551)
Work Permit (245-I)
Reentry Permit (I-327)
Temporary Resident Card (I-688 not I-688A or I-688B)
Refugee Travel Document (I-571)
Unexpired I-94 card with one of the following stamps:
Refugee
Asylee
Cuban-Haitian Entrant
Indefinite Parolee
Humanitarian Parolee
International students must provide a copy of their visa and I-20

Is that a different kind of EAD card or did the name change? I tried to look it up on USCIS but couldn't find anything. Any ideas?

It also it says to choose:
US Citizen
Cuban-Haitian Entrant
Asylee
Refugee
Temporary Resident
US Permanent Resident
US National
Humanitarian Parolee
International Student attending college in the United States

Can I choose temporary resident since we have legal presence? I don't want to choose international student because I doubt they'll take my expired visa.

It's probably an old name because as far as I'm concerned the Work Permit (EAD) is an I-766.

Old form was I-688B. I think they got it wrong, immigration documents are either I-xxx or N-xxx. Only 245i that comes to mind is the INA 245(i) which does not have any actual document assigned to it.
