Left out last name on I-765, oops

As I was helping one of my friends with their application, I noticed that where it asks you your name on the I-765 application, it says:

1.Name (Family name in CAPS) .........(First)..........(Middle)

Since I did not see anywhere that said "Last", I accidentally left it out and had not realized the "Family name in CAPS" is what was asking for my last name. So now I'm wondering if they will catch that, if I will get an RFE, or....if they will print my card with just my first and middle name and I'll have to pay again. FML.....What do you guys think?

Oh, and the so called "legal assistant" at the attorney's office whom I paid to review the applications didn't even catch that! Wtf!?

I think you will get an RFE... Because your other documents won't match your application! DOnt worry the worst that can happen is you get an RFE an your case will be delayed... I don't think you will pay again

When you went to biometrics and verified your info what was listed for your last name?

Your application number on the biometrics letter is for the I-765. So, if you received it with a number there, then someone must have filled it in.

You're right, I didn't think about that. Everything in the computer was correct and my last name was in there when I was asked to verify the information. Thanks.
