I have a question, can my boyfriend drive me to my driving test with my car and if he is under the insurance of the car? My brother in law said that they told him that the person driving you to the test has to have their car registered under their name.

I think the car needs to have insurance, not sure about registration. Shouldn't all cars be registered though? Anyway, thanks! I already have my car and been driving for a while, I'm already used to it that's why I was asking.

Registration on cars expire, they want to make sure the car you drive has all fees paid.

That answers your question about the registration They just basically want you to be following the rules once you get your license.
