got my biometrics test this past friday and earlier today, got into a car accident. didn't got arrested but will go to court to pay a fine.
will this have a major effect on my DACA process ?
i'm calling my lawyer tomorrow asap.

My sister got a ticket for no license a day before her bio. She got approved under two weeks.

did she had to go court and pay a fine ?

She went to jail. Paid to get out. No court though.

I'm hoping it doesn't affect my process. Because since last week I've been trying to check my case online and it won't go on it, I don't know why.

did they take her straight to jail when the cop pulled her over? I got a ticket for no license on october 27, but didnt go to jail since i showed him my matricula. he gave me a court date for nov 30. it wasnt a misdemeanor because its just a normal ticket. my friend who is a sherriff said that if it was a misdemeanor citation it would of being a long piece of paper not just a normal ticket. also to the person that got in the car accident...what did they write you up for?

Operating without a license.... In a small piece of paper... It was my fault that i hit the person. Then there is the motor vehicle crash exchange form..: the cop was awesome enough to not arrest me and gave me these two papers instead. He said all i have to do is go to court and pay the fine.

It's a traffic violation, it will not affect you! Just pay your tickets. If you got one for no license tell the judge to extend it because you are working on getting a license.
