I check my case online and It says that they sent a letter on Nov 2nd and I still didn't get anything,,,,,,


Did anyone waited this long to received such a letter?

I got a RFE update as well on nov 2nd. They said they mailed it out and my lawyer got it after the weekend. (I DID NOT GET ONE IN THE MAIL ONLY LAWYER)But yeah I sent the evidence already got a message last Friday saying they recieved my evidence.

Yeah i would definitely look into that. I got an RFE on Nov 13th and received it the 16th in the mail. Just curious to the others got that their RFE, did yours state something about not enough evidence balbalba for like half a page, THEN go into detail on what they requested or was the letter simply what they requested?

Thats taking a long time. I got my RFE letter two days after it was issued. I would call.

I called today and they are going to send me another letter... hopefully before the expiration date.

They give you 10 weeks to respond, you'll have enough time no worries just make sure you get your letter this time if more than a week has passed by, call them

i got a RFE a week ago because my lawyer forgot to answer a simple question do you think they had all ready looked at my info or could i still get another RFE for something alse?
