Hi!

I'm new to the forum, and I really need some help.
I came to the US, on January 2002, when I was still 15 (my 16th birthday was on february 02)
All I have to prove it is some medical records, and my school transcripts.

My problem is the evidence for years 2009 and 2010.
Is it possible to use my work clock in/out time cards?
I've been working since 2005 at the same place, and we can download our time cards from the company that makes our payroll checks.
I actually printed all my schedules from 2007 to 2012.
It has the company name, and employee name, but no addresses.

I'd rather use those than using my paystubs, since I've been working with a fake ssn, and they all show the last 4 digits of the ssn.
I have direct deposit, the check attached to the paystub, has the company name (with address) but it says "NOT A CHECK, VOID" and it has the last 4 digits of my checking account.
Can I use them too? (for years 2011 and 2012)

Help will be very appreciated!
Thanks

Use the bank statements that your checks were deposted to for those two years.

uscis says to use any evidence that has your name on it. It will help if the evidence has your birth date as well as your address. So your work attendance papers as well as your bank statements are good evidences as long as they have your name on it.

I wish I could use those statements.
I closed that bank account in december 2010 and there's no way I can get any copies from those statements.

So, work timesheets are not really helpful??

Thanks! I hope it works, since all I have for those two years are my work timesheets.
My husband felt like he wanted to cleaned our room, and thought it'd be a great idea to get rid of a lot of documentation.

Well, here we are now, wishing to go back and time and never got rid of them.

Yes, I don't see why not. If you want in addition you can have that employer write affidavits for you. Also, you can even submit those pay stubs. I'm sure that SSN problem won't be considered. You can do a quick search on SSN. There have been multiple threads on that issue especially when most people here were applying.
