that whole "Must not have a Final Order of Removal Pending" is safe to say it's retarded.

A lot of Dreamers have an order pending, the main point is to get relief.

At least there's a discussion, when the bill gets into congress each side will give and take. Hopefully with the election results Republicans are more willing to ease up on the restrictions.

With this bill I'm thinking the Republicans want to SHOW Latino voters that they are for immigration reform, but think about it the path to citizenship with this bill is unclear and will take at least 10 years because they have you jumping from visa to visa. Their plan is clear the GOP wants to grab the Latino vote and doesn't plan to let go for those 10+ years. A lot of us (Hispanics, minorities ) tend to vote for whoever is doing something for our community and if the Democrats don't act fast, then do not expect the Dream Act.

A Republican will be a Republican. They're attempting to pass something "humane" but it's still all BS, in my opinion. They have yet to work with Democrats on a bi-partisan immigration relief effort.

Obama will not have this. If there is anyone backing up Dreamers to gain citizenship ASAP, it's him.

Also, WTF do we need a Visa for?! We need and DESERVE permanent legal residency, not a path to it... we've been on a "path" to it for way too long. AND they are dropping the age to 28. It's a crock of sh*t!

What are everyone's thoughts on this??
