Bump Bump me too. I don't but I probably will. I've been to Rio Hondo College. Wasn't in effect at the time as far as I know.

Someone I know said that they didn't receive aid but you can turn in the BOG fee waiver once you sign up for classes and all you'll need to pay is health fee but make sure you already have the ab540 form on file for the spring term.

How i found it?
- well i went to my CC website, and went to the financial aid link and from there i clicked on fee waiver, and BANG! right there i found a link that said; 2012-13 Special Application for AB540 - Board of Governors Fee Waiver Application.

I do! You should go to the financial aid office and ask some of the people working there what is going on with the California Dream Act. They didn't seem to have any idea when I went. They processed my BOG waiver, though! So, go fill it out and turn it in! While you are there, ask them about the CA Dream Act application, I am sure they probably have more information now.
