I'm just asking because i still haven't sent in the app. I've go everything except the money, we just finished moving, so money is a little tight.. :/

Right now, there is no announced deadline and as far as we know, DA will not be eliminated. Best thing to do though is to apply ASAP though.

The date of February 28th is on top of the i821d form, the OMB (Office of Management and Budget) expiration, they approve all of the documents that most government agencies such as USCIS prints, mostly as a measure to protect privacy.

Note** You can still use the form even after the OMB expiration.

Yeah don't worry about it. That date is irrelevant as USCIS still accepts that version. For example, if you look at the complementary app, the I-765, that one expired 8/15/2012. It's kinda like a version control of the forms.
