They received my application on 9/14/12

Biometrics done 10/12/12

To this date there are both still under initial review.

Yes it does, so yeah it's Vermont.

I notice a lot of people are waiting from Vermont center.

sent my app on sept 18th.
they received on sept 20th.
took my bio on oct 24th

still waiting for approval.
my center is CA (WAC)

I'm in the same boat here with the Vermont Center. My app was received 9/28 my Biometrics done on 10/4 and I am still waiting. My status online says Initial Review. Getting really anxious now.

Background checks are still being processed, at least that seems to be the hold up.

January 14 will be 4 months for me

I think it's not just a Vermont thing and there's several of us from other centers that have yet to see anything new.
