What if when we waited the 6 months mark and USCIS tell us that the process time is 4-6 months and longer?

Or maybe we're just not meant to be legal.

Doubt it would be longer than 6 months, once the application time reaches a certain point if USCIS has some doubts I think they would issue an interview appointment IMO.

I sincerely doubt that it will take longer. And think of it this way, you might be waiting a long time, but they are running out of time to give as an excuses to delay the process. They have deadlines/projected processing times too. Once they hit those, the clock is running in them to get things done.

I don't think it will take more than 4-6 months. Just remember that not until the first 6 months pass we are technically the first batch of applicants. We haven't heard of interviews or noid's. So, the program is still fresh.

I can't fucking believe I'm going to hit the fifth month mark in a little more than 2 weeks. The half year mark isn't that far away. Hopefully I don't need to wait that long

I don't think so. I'm excited to see January data. Because I think people are taking their time applying now. Since Obama won.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW why would you say that? I am going into my 4th month next week. I will make a very angry call if it took longer than 6 months.
