finally after the long waiting I got approved I sent my application to Chicago sent to Vermont on Sep 4 finger print Oct 1 approve day Jan 4 long the I need to wait for the permit?

congratulations! just keep checking online they'll put up a tracking # and there you will be able to estimate how long.

Edit: Maybe about a week. It all depends though.
