New here, Need help!! :/

Hello Dreamers,
I'm new to this forums thingy, haha, I was readying some posts and I saw that
most of the people on here got their work permit already... so excited for you guys!!
but, I need help tho, I submitted my application August 27th, and they received it, August 30th. they sent me a letter, the bio-metrics letter, (form I-797C)

My appointment was on Oct. 3rd.
I went and did my bio, and left the building, they stamped my bio-metrics letter and stuff and that's all,

Its been like 4 months already and I still haven't gotten approved, like, I didn't even get a letter saying that I was denied or approved. I've been waiting for something, but nothing. I checked my status online, and it doesn't change, it says that I still need to do my bio-metrics and stuff... why? ugh, this is irritating, I don't know what I did wrong.

Was I supposed to do something after the bio-metrics?
if someone is having or had the same problem, please help me out.
I mean, some of the people on here got approved within 1 month, or 2.
And someone I know personally got approved in 1 month.

Waahhh, how sad. I'm still waiting for something.. :'/

there are still some people who applied in august that haven't been approved yet.

at this point it's a waiting game...there's nothing you did wrong, it's just up to those reviewing the cases to get to yours.

They said 4-6 months right

Yeah they did. They told me that when I called the uscis..
I hope I get approved soon.
