Common NAME on 3 month wait!

a friend commented what delays your case is Name background check.. FBI is with in 48 hours. example FAUSTO a Nov. applicant, Dec. 20th bios is already approved. Very uncommon name.. Am not stating any facts just want to get a little inside.. for the people waiting between 3-5 months.. mine name is Maira Guzman but some people spell it Mayra, and others read it MARIA.. it's plain confusion!

On the evidence you sent does it show your real name, Maira? Or did you send mixed evidence of all three names, Maira, Maria, and Mayra.

Maira and Mayra.. my parents never bother to correct the mistake!

so my ITIN reads Mayra Guzman and school records, BC, bank, Medicare card, bills reads Maira.. i just want to see people approved with the same issue.. i know every one has a second last name.. Maira Guzman Vera

besides my sister and mom (before she become a USC), i'm the only person that has my last name. not saying there's not other with the same last name but it's not common. second last name is common but first last name isnt.

i did my bios in oct and i'm still waiting.

Not to mentioned my middle name is very weird too haha

My dad was telling me that too
because i have a really common name too.

I have a name that's shared by about 1-3 people in US. I seriously doubt that's what's causing the hold up in my case.
