help plz expunged record !

Hey son I got an rfe , I have a misdemeanor for fighthing in a public place. They are asking for depositions and reports but unfornately since this happen data age 16 the court has destroyed the record anyone have similar problems to this? How do I show proof

i got arrested for shoplifting. sent in all the courts and arrest copies notarized.. i still got an rfe but it said the paperwork for the arrested came out ok and that they just needed more evidence that i was here from 2007 to 2011. sent all bank statements, plus receipts and ups emails that included my name, address and other stuff..

point yes, go to the courthouse you went to (you HAD to had gone to some kind of court for this) and request all the paperwork from that incident. have them notarized in court.

get a certified letter from them stating the reason why they have no access to yoour records, dont forget to ask them to certify it, some courthouses will destroy records on smaller dismissed offenses after certain period of time, it happend to me on one of my charges.
