Hey guys, I'm really stressed out about not getting my bio appointment yet, it's been about 44 days after I got my USCIS Acceptance Confirmation (Dec 7th) about my case and I'm still waiting for my bio appointment. My sister got her acceptance confirmation about a week after me and she already had her bio appointment done on Jan 11th..I don't get it, she sent her stuff way later after me and she's already done with her bio appointment while I'm still waiting.. I had my stuff done by a lawyer and so did my sister. Last week I told my lawyer to please call USCIS and ask about my case and they told him that their computers were down and that they would call him back as soon as their computers were working again, anyone out there waiting this long like me? Or what's going on? My lawyer hasn't heard back from them, and I haven't heard back from my lawyer, should I call them myself? I'm so stressed out!!

It takes a while. I take community college classes at Wake Tech here in NC.

By default we (DREAMers) have to wait a week after classes begin to register for classes ourselves in a first come, first serve fashion. Of the 20-30 people I counted there, the question was asked "how many of you all have your DACA/Permit?" Only I and one other chick raised hands. Several others applied and had not received anything yet.

My little sister hasnt received hers either. Her application was received December 14,2012. I would recommend you call them instead. My sister opened a service request after the 30 days had passed on January 14. They told her she should be getting her bios letter within 2 weeks. So far a week has passed and she hasn't received anything. You gotta make sure you call a level 2 representative, they will help you out way more. Also the representative told my sister that if she doesn't get her bios letter within the 2 weeks, that she can call again and they will just fax her bios letter instead. U should have done the same.
