Has anybody heard this before? I sent my application august 28, it was accepted the 30th, then i did my bios october 1st, finally i hear back january 8th now the news i expected but at least i knew my case was noticed apparently my case was RFE'd, so i thought my lawyer will call me soon to let me know what they need, a week later no calls yet and then i receive another message from uscis january 14th, same thing RFE, so the 16th i went to talk to my lawyer so she told me she had not received anything yet and calls uscis, the tell het my case still under "INITIAL REVIEW" that they have not made a decision yet but they have everything they need and no other documents are required? I don't know what to do now its been 5 months since i applied

Piano you just failed reading comprehension.

My advice is to wait a couple of days. Then call USCIS yourself. Maybe is a computer glitch. I think you are very close.

the 4 to 6 month processing time starts after your bios. so it's only been 78 working days since october 1st. USCIS doesnt work on the weekends or holidays.

the RFE was probably a computer error, sad to say.
