So before christmas i took out a payday loan for $300 with a fake social that i have been using for work, my mexican matricula and my bank account. My bank account i opened it using my itin # . If i miss a payment they're going to charge the full amount to my bank account, supposedly.

What if i don't pay it, and just drop the bank i have right now. What way can this affect me?

Better yet, why not be a decent human being and pay back what you borrowed?

IMO, I know its easier said than done, but i would pay up if i were you. I personally don't think it can hurt you in anyway, besides owing the bank of course. Lol. But in the situation we are in, i wouldn't test my luck because you neeever know!

The bank knows where you live. They can and will find you. I know because I've seen it happen. You'll start getting phone calls, then letters and finally a visit from someone who looks like a sheriff.

Buena suerte!

You should really pay up. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it may hurt you if you get caught. Your chances of becoming a citizen will dwindle. Also, think in the perspective of the loaner. Plus, it's good karma.

Hope that helps.

You should have been saving to pay it off. Go collect aluminum cans or something and sell them. Have a yard sale. But, I'm one of those that believes that stuff will eventually catch up to you.
