I wonder what was the main reason of denial for this dude ....
NO DACA or Work permit, Somebody' devastated. Perhaps , affidavits are not useful.

I read a while back that a denial may not be the end of the world for an individual. Let me say this...I DO NOT KNOW NOR CAN I VERIFY IF THIS IS TRUE OR NOT. I AM ALSO NOT ENCOURAGING ANYONE TO APPLY WHO KNOWS THEY DO NOT QUALIFY.

The post was of an individual who met with a lawyer to go over their package to see if they qualified. The lawyer told the individual that with what they have, they should be just fine (or something like that). The person then asked the lawyer about the possibility of being denied, and they lawyer said something to the nature of "being denied might be better than being approved, because if u are denied u may have the option to adjust your status."

Again i do not know how true all of that is, but it would be a light at the end of the tunnel for anyone unlucky enough to be rejected (for non criminal reasons).

You would have to fight that out with an Immigration Judge.
