I read the article and it is not too clear for me. Does this mean FOR SURE that I could get in-state tuition at George Mason University(where I plan to attend)? Also, will I be able to apply for scholarships? I haven't been able to receive a single scholarship because all of them ask for FAFSA eligibility as a criteria. Can I apply for FAFSA with my SSN?

unfortunately, the virginia dream act failed to go forward on thursday.....it sucks we still have to pay out of state tuition...so expensive

If these pigs in suits think I'm gonna stay with my arms crossed and do nothing, they're mistaken. I'm gonna pay my out-of-state tuition in dollar bills. I encourage people to do the same.

Most of VA has always been a little backwards. Which is why I never go south of Richmond.

yeah ur right. when i transfer out of nova i'm still going to apply for in state tuition at whereever i transfer to .. VCU or JMU..
