DACA approval time: EWIs vs Overstays

Hi,

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, but do you guys think that all DACA apps are treated equally? Do you think overstays may be getting faster processing times compared to EWIs since "they are already in the system"?

Any ideas?

I don't think so. I'm an overstay and I'm still not approved. I think its more on how much information you've submitted that they have to go through.

Overstay here with fairly unique name from a fairly obscure country. Fairly fast approval.

my theory is that they want to take their time doing approvals since not much of us are risking to apply for DACA.. and the more they approve the less people there would be "review" meaning the less jobs there would available at USCIS.. and thats a no no for Mr. pres..
