Hey guys, just recently hired.
My employer wants me to fill out something called "Glacier"
and it asks all these questions about where my Foreign address is, where my country of tax origin is?

Please help in regards to how I should go about this.

We should fill resident alien form because we live here all the time, that's what i do always. Nonresident form is for those people who don't stay here that many days per year.

A W-4... And whatever form your state has. The non-resident forms have nothing to do with legal immigration status, I don't know why they're asking you to fill that out. You live in the state, non-resident forms are for people that live in one state and work in another.

yeah, I'm a bit confused as well. They said that they require anyone that is not a citizen or perm resident to fill out this form for "tax purposes"
