A relative sent her application with a lawyer on Dec. 7 she got the receipts right away. But still no biometrics letter. Lawyer told her to wait at least 2 more weeks. What should she do?? Any body else en la misma sutuacion?

Wished you didn't mix English and Spanish, bro. It sounds weird and tacky. Do one or the other.

As to your question, it's fine. She received her confirmation, so eventually the bio is going to turn up. Just because she got a lawyer, doesn't mean her application will faster than the rest of us. It might, or might not.

I received a confirmation letter for the i821 d but not for the I765. I didn't receive my biometrics letter, I called them( after a little over a month) and they sent me to level 2 people and they faxed it to me. They messed up my address which is why I never received the biometrics letter.
