ARIZONA Dreamer's how's your Case Status?

USCIS received my Application on NOVEMBER 28 and my Biometrics were completed on DECEMBER 27. My case status stills on INITIAL REVIEW.

I'm a little desperate; I called the USCIS Customer Service line and my Receipt Number is not accepted saying I don't have enough numbers (I put 10 digits as requested) and can't get any answer through there. I will keep trying until the numbers are accepted or until I can communicate with someone from Customer Service. My questions are the following:

-Is it true that USCIS has 3 months to give an answer?

-And from which date I should start counting from Biometrics Date or Application Receiving Date?

I'm located in Arizona please let me know your experience

I had the same situation with the automatic thing not recognizing my #. But the 3 mos is not a guarantee but a possibility u have to liste to the options and wait for the option to Sean to a live rep but that won't help much because I feel I'm calling a call center where all they have is a computer and uscis.gov on it...
They check online n that's all they can tell you

I am from AZ did my bio Oct 22nd. Mine still says Initial review also.. just hang tough >_<!

im from PHX AZ did my bio nov 14 and a month later got approved

Im from southern AZ...We have the Same bio date....-_______- when did you send your app out?

They received my App Sept. 18th, my lawyer sent i out believe it was 4 days prior to that, so the 14th.

My bio date was the Dec. 26th. We still have some time to go, just be patient and positive. Good luck.

I did my Bio-metrics on DEC. 04 and the case stills in Initial Review too. I know people that's has received answer right after a month. Good Luck and thanks for your sharing.
