What will you do if CIR/DA passes?

If CIR that include DA passes both senate and house and become bill, it would be a

turning point of my life. I have been preparing for pharmacy school as I major

biology in university. I graduated high school in 2008 and I was afraid that any

college would accept me because of my status. In my state, there is no in-state

tuition benefit for undocumented students. But fortunately, I was accepted to

college where I wanted to go and It took me almost 5 years now to complete pre-

requisite courses since annual tuition cost around $21,000 and I couldn't afford to

be full-time student. I took a semester off worked my ass off to earn money for my

tuition. And I took an another semester off and worked hard when my parents

started worked as salary man instead of store owner. It has been long and painful 5

years and I wanted to give up so many times and thought about going back to my

country. But my DACA was approved and my life has changed. If I can get PR, I can

apply for pharmacy school which I have been long dreamed about and maybe drive

my own car.. and so on... I feel like there are bright futures ahead of me and

my working experience in early age really helped me to grow up my mind.

you want to achieve when CIR/DA passes?

U mean besides play "The Storm Is Over" by R. Kelly and shed a few tears? I dont know...i dont like to put the cart before the horse, so i never try planning too far ahead...ur plan sounds awesome though. School is also in my near future...i wish all goes as planned for u friend.

My thoughts exactly. I always end up watching Rick Steves on PBS thinking to myself...someday. Which always makes me wonder why most people don't travel much, and if they go on vacay its always Hawaii or something. Not that there's anything wrong with Hawaii but there's so many places to see!

Probably apply for a project management position and go where my company sends me

When I tell this to people, they look at me and say you want to leave the U.S. when you are finally able to stay here legally? I hate it when they say stupid shit like that. It's not like I want to stay in the U.S. forever and never go somewhere else.

I would travel to Europe like I've always wanted to. After I go visit my family of course.

As of right now I got a couple of plans, hopefully by the time I finish brushing up my pre reqs DA passes. If it does then ill work until I get my permanent residency to get some financial aid and scholarships to finish my degree. If it doesnt im hoping for the bill to allow daca beneficiaries to enlist to pass and do 4 years active duty as a medic(try to be stationed in different countries, (like germany, turkey, albania)while going over science courses on my own. Finish a bachelor's and apply to medical school.

Would love to go, University then, to mexico and visit my family there, watch a soccer game in the stadium there, rather than the tv here. Start building up credit and buy a house, Travel to japan,Spain (Marbella,Barccelona),Egypt and so on. Hell depending on my mood and assuming they still let me, I might even want to join the Marines/air force.

Save some money, get a dang car, get into school and travel to a few different states to see which one I like. Go back to bahamas and visit my fam, hell try out for reality tv YOLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The possibilities are endless.
