Anyone here work at starbucks??

how is it?

i don't and i don't think i would want to. When you get bombarded with orders, it can be quite hectic, annoying and stressful. i used to buy it a lot when i used to work... and i would bring an orders from my coworkers... i could see the girls getting a bit frustrated, but this was a little one. I have been to bigger starbucks and it seems cool. So i guess it just depends on how many employees are working at the moment or when it gets busy.

yeah there's always pros and cons...
it just depends on what kind of person you are... if you are happy go lucky and motivated and a people pleaser then its a great place to work =D just gotta watch out to not drink so many of those drinks... you wouldn't believe how my stomach has deflated for the best since November...

Hmmm...maybe its just me but starbucks people always seem pretty nice and happy lol. They mess up on names often but its just a courtesy thing i think. I like starbucks and if youre in college its a decent first job. Everyone generally looks friendly and ive never seen any drama at starbucks. Honestly, the only thing that sort of annoys me about starbucks is the amounts of time people can spend there. Im not sure if i agree with that especially since most of them are not that big. I think it would be more efficient if they gave people a time limit (2 hours would be good, especially if youre just sitting having one cup of coffee and reading your book).
