It depends on each case. Usually from 30 days to 90 days. The RFE notice should tell you how long you have.

Its because they sent me an RFE on the 21st of January asking me for evidence on my traffic tickets. If i have pay them or not but my lawyer got the letter and I thought you only 30 days to sent it. So it already pass the 30 days so i was worry

so they send u a letter because u forgot to pay a traffic ticket , if so iam fuck because i own the state of VA like $900 for like 8 years

Did you put it in the application?? My lawyer did i dont know if it was cause of that!

well i send the court papers and the case results , i got cough doing 95mph in a 55mph zone one day late for work and the state of VA think is a wreck less driving offense and a wreck-less driving offence is a misdemeanor so i had to show it on my application , no jail time however they fined me for $1000

If you havent payed it they would send you an RFE to see if you have solve the ticket or not. Thats what they did to me i had two unsolve tickets and sent me an RFE to see what happened.
