Do I Meet Internship Requirement?

I'm finally looking into options for employment. I found this paid Summer internship and one of the requirements is you have to be Citizen, eligible green card holder, or US resident.

I was approved already and I just have to go apply for my SSN. What do I put on the application?

You are only a work permit holder but US resident. You are technically a c(33) category. I-766 Employment authorization card holder. Contact them and ask first. Save yourself some time and save them some time.

Yeah just ask them because you are neither of them if they were specific about it you might not be eligible but you're never going to get anywhere in life if you don't. So call them and just ask they probably by now know what defeer actions is but not enough to understand it and might consider you
