The job market is really rough right now is all that I will say. I've been trying to get a decent one(nothing amazing) for part time and have had zero luck. The main problem is very few are looking to begin with.

Walk in a temp agency or look online for your state's job center you will find something there. Are you in college? Or planning on going back?

People keep mentioning temp agencies and I'm going to tell you they have been of little use to me after vising them and most were only looking for secretaries with life long experience in being a secretary.

Sucks to every month go to your parents and ask them to pay your rent. Living the dream.

It's not about what you know, but who you know. Only way to get a job.

That is so true. My friend is actually helping me etc a job. He told me that his friend is opening up her own law firm in downey (California) and she's going to need a receptionist. So he recommended her to possibly hire me.
