Delayed message disappeared

Vermont receipt # for almost over a month there was a long paragraph in red on top says about 30-40 days of time needed for updates, now it's gone, any thoughts?

That message only pertained to those people who had RECENTLY filed their application and could not see their case status online. It doesn't matter what Service Center you were at or if you had a pending application or not, everyone who visited that page saw that message.

Oh I though it might have something to do with those transfers Vermonts been doing in the last few weeks
