LOL, are you serious? What made you think that? Have you read any of the infos before hand? Know what you are applying for and getting?

The I821/I-821D is only for WORK proposes and is only TEMPORARY. It has a expiration date. When Obama pass it, he specifically told us that is only two year card. It only grant us a TEMP status, until a better one (hopefully this years CIR) passes, then we get full on legal status.

As of now, we are still nothing.

Oh, oh. There is another way to get green card. Marry to a US citizen will do.

Unless you qualify for reasons, like marriage to a US Citizen, then no.
Either that, or wait until CIR.

You know, USCIS says specifically that DACA is not a path to ANY kind of residency whatsoever. You are still illegal as the day before you were approved, the only difference is now, there is a 2 year waiting period before you lose a temporary protection, thats why its called deferred action

DACA doesn't lead to permanent residency in its own right. However if you are able to adjust status then you are able to adjust status, if not then not. DACA doesn't affect that in any way.
