Sayunara friend!!!
They might deny ur visa because when you leave you set off a 5-10 yr ban (i dont know really ) but its called a castigo... It will essentially b ur loss but good luck!!!!
I'm no expert i just read forum threads on univision.com ask there

I will second butterfly. You basically get banned and accept a 10 year ban from the US. There is also something called the permanent bar if you try to re-enter EWI. At the end of the day you have to do what will be best for you. I had a friend whose brother left and is now an engineer he has even taken jobs in venezuela. He decided to stay and is here struggling to become a CPA because he can't get the license and and he is to old for daca.

Its up to you. I personally want to stay and live in this country so I take care of my permit. Sounds like u like Mexico. Choice is really yours but u will miss out on ur permit. Im sure u will piss people off bc they wish others had the opportunity u have but hey IT IS WHAT IT IS. good luck my friend.

If you leave right now, you will get banned. A ten years ban. If you have DACA, you could apply for AP (advance parole; which essentially let you leave the country for reasons such as visit dying/old family member, job and education). But I think you could only get it if you have DACA, which you didn't (since you haven't even take the fingerprints yet).

Final ruling is that you should NOT leave the country. You leave, you'll have ten year ban. They will NOT accept you at the border. Also, it doesn't matter if they know you APPLIED for DACA, what you need is APPROVAL and the PERMISSION (ie, Advance Parole).

That's not always what happens when you leave the country, but technically, when you leave the country after being illegal for some time, the 3-10 year ban takes into effect. I am sure there are ways around the 3-10 year ban, though.

Max just wait a little longer can't you?

If you leave to Mexico now with DACA pending you won't be approved. Also, the 3-10 year ban will go into effect if you're older than 18. Also, they might deny you a visa I'm not 100% sure.

Why are you so hurried up to leave were you already accepted at the school and receiving financial aid and everything? Do you have somewhere to live? How will you earn a living? Are you aware that you might end up regretting your decision?

So sad.

It's hard to become one if you have no SSN since many states require it and then there's the work experience.

If you don't like it here, why waste money to apply for DACA? It's an illogical move, good luck to you. Also, the way you said with such arrogance. Stuff like that really grinds my gears.

If you don't like it here why apply?????
U should have left to Mexico without applying
and maybe later in life apply for a tourist visa
School can wait but not this opportunity
Think about the future ur kids. Mexico will always be there
Because u will have a duel citizenship.
But go with ur gut feeling
Goodluck and much love

if you leave they'll look at it as you "self-deported" yourself. I don't know about how long the ban is.. Just be careful about your decision, it could haunt you in the future when your older and able to make wiser decisions. I would discuss it with parents or counselors before going through with the decision.
