Why did i get an RFE???

Well first of all I want to give you guys an advice if you get anybody to help you fill out your application because thats one reason I got a RFE. At first I wanted to fill out and send my application by myself but my dad didn't feel good about it so since i have two sisters we had 3 applications to send and well he payed a lady to do all the job( she works somewhere with lawyers and stuff like that but she is not a lawyer) anyway so he payed her 700 dollars just for the job which at the end I though I would've done a nice job too lol......ok so then after we send the applications about a month later we all got an appointment to get our biometrics...about a month after that my younger sister who by the way she is still in HS got an approval notice and the next day her card...but I got an RFE..............." i was missing evidence for the year 2010".....so first thing I did was cal the lady and she wouldn't answer so I called her 3 times and finally she did.i explained her what I got and she was like "ill call you later to set up an appointment so you can bring me the letter' i was like ok and she never called...next day I call her and some guy answered and I heard that she was there and told him that she would call me back and again she didn't....So I thought to myself why Im I loosing time with and decided to do it myself........So im just giving you some advice I mean if you think you have enough proof and you can do your application by yourself then do it...I lost about a month until I sent the other stuff to prove evidence which wasn't necessary to loose if I would have sent it at first..."why didn't she notice that there was no evidence at all for the year 2010?"IDK.....

...Ok now..for more evidence I couldn't find anything but in the year 2010 I had phone and internet service with AT&T so I asked them and they wrote me a letter. I also got a letter from my cell phone company which is metropcs and I'm not sure if it really helped but I sent it anyway........well I sent the evidence on Monday March 4 and today is Wed March 13 and I got an approval notice so im hoping to get my card tomorrow. and its not actually a letter but a just a paper that shows records from the years you had service with them and with your name on it...you could got to the main office and ask them for one but don't try calling them because their service sucks.."first I called them and asked them if they could give me anything like that and they told me they couldn't...so i went to the office and they did..im like WTF lol
