NJ MVC (I - 797 Notice of action)
Is this the same notice(I-797 Notice of Action) i got with my employment card? is this document worth 4 points or is it a different one they are talking about, or does it need a valid I -94 stamped.. im really confused.. i only have 5 points and i cant use my school records because those clueless assholes in the Randolph MVC in NJ dont know how to to their job! i hate them all i been there 6 times already :'(

On June 26,2013 case transferred to NBC @ MO then transferred back to Vermont

Valid I-94 stamped "Refugee," "Parolee," "Asylee" or "Notice of Action" (Form I-797 approved petition) by INS or USCIS
