Did they just not send enough evidence to prove continuous residence? Are they going to try to apply again for it?

They did sent enough evidence to be approved!! And resent even more when rfe!

As for now, we are trying to figure out what can be done as it was law firm mistake when they input data on computer as to questions #9&#10 (thats what we think went wrong) .

And no, they are not thinking on wasting another $$ to risk being denied again, but they are thinking on waiting in hopes for a reform if none can be done at this point.

Goodness, deffo try to see if it is possible to get a refund from the lawyer fees. I don't know how much your relatives paid, but I know some folks here have posted spending excess of $800 on lawyer fees alone (not including the application fee).

The application is simple enough to do yourself if you have no criminal record.

I think your case is the first confirmed case of a denial in the lounge. We did find 3 other denials

http://dreamact.info/forum/showthrea...denials&page=3

There is also a denial in the univison forum but can't find the link for it
